As a Process Operative, you will work as part of a team reporting to the Team Leader and Section Leader. Effective teamwork and communication with colleagues and supervisory staff are essential.
The role is mainly performed in a temperature-controlled environment, requiring extensive standing and repetitive movements.
Shift Pattern:
03:40-15:40, rotating A shift pattern (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Pay Rate:
£13.28 per hour

Skills / Knowledge Required:
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
- Use knives safely for trimming, slicing, and dicing of products, following health and safety standards.
- Use scissors for trimming and dicing, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Tray and pack products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain product quality and handle non-conforming products appropriately.
- Keep the work area clean and dispose of waste properly.
- Rotate tasks within the area as trained.
- Perform tasks as trained and report any lack of training to managers.
- Work safely to promote health and safety for oneself and others.
- Report health and safety issues, accidents, or near misses to management or first aiders.
- Set a good example in behavior and work standards.
- Maintain quality and hygiene standards in production.
- Ensure productivity targets are met.
- Be flexible to work in different areas as needed and undertake overtime when required.
- Actively participate in reducing environmental impact, such as waste reduction and recycling.
- Perform any other duties as required.
