Experienced Front of House Waiters required in Birmingham Stadiums. Constellation is seeking experienced waiters to join our exclusive front of house teams at Edgbaston, Birmingham City FC, and Aston Villa FC. We are looking for knowledgeable, confident candidates passionate about premium hospitality who wish to expand their skills and advance their careers. As part of our team, you'll have opportunities to improve your food knowledge, drinks service, and guest relations through onsite masterclasses.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent service to approximately 12-16 guests to ensure an impeccable experience.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests.
- Working effectively as part of a team.
- Upselling premium food and drinks.
- Wine waiting and pairing with menu dishes.
Experience & Knowledge:
- At least 12 months of premium waiting experience.
- Confident in the steps of service for an à la carte restaurant.
