We are the creative minds behind hit series like Formula 1: Drive to Survive , Break Point , and Full Swing , delivering premium content to streamers and other global platforms. We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team for one of our popular sports series. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on one of the most-watched sports docuseries in the world. About the Role As a Production Coordinator at Box to Box, you will be central to organising and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of production. You will assist the Production Manager / Junior Production Manager in coordinating shoot logistics, updating schedules, managing paperwork, tracking costs, and liaising with crew and editorial teams. What we’re looking for / experience required; Previous experience as a Production Coordinator in TV or film. Confident in setting up international shoots; arranging visas, carnets, filming permits, etc. Experience of booking travel and accommodation. Experience with tricky logistics and detailed call sheets. Proactive in keeping finance logs, schedules, and various documents up-to-date. Booking meetings for the team and arranging rooms. Reconciliation of floats and credit cards for the team. Good knowledge of camera kit. Location experience. Ability to drive (preferred). Delivery of post-production paperwork and knowledge of Albert.
