Acting as the main planning contact for all Oxalis bitumen, emulsion, and fuel oil clients, resolving delivery issues. Reviewing team performance, identifying development needs, offering support, conducting annual reviews, and managing holiday and sickness cover. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships between planning and driver colleagues. Responsibilities Coaching, managing, and motivating the team to reach their full potential. On-call and weekend cover on a rota basis. Skills And Experience Our ideal candidate will have: Understanding of EU driver hours regulations and Working Time Directive. Proven planning experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent geographical knowledge. Ability to guide and manage a team. Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
