As a Land Referencing Manager at Savills based in England/Wales, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality land referencing services for prestigious infrastructure projects. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee land referencing work packages for major infrastructure projects (e.g., DCO, CPO, TWAO).
  • Ensure technical teams deliver on time and within budget.
  • Manage client-side purchase orders, monitor variations, and provide expert advice on land referencing requirements for planning applications, compulsory acquisition, and legal due diligence.
  • Supervise and support the land referencing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance team expertise in land referencing methodologies.
  • Support the Head of Land Referencing in preparing resource, scope, and cost estimates for commercial tenders while providing strategic input on land referencing approaches for major schemes, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks.
