In this role you will be part of the management team, handling handover briefs between shifts and allocating work as necessary. In this role you will oversee any staff queries including team care, rotors, holidays as well as product weight and quality checks. This company are a market leader within their specific area of food manufacturing, having recently received major investment they have developed into a major force in their industry. Despite this the company holds onto its family-owned heritage through values and maintaining the family feel from the factory up.
