Collaboration is at the heart of everything they do, and they take pride in creating an environment where their people can thrive.\\n\\nThe Role:\\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a part qualified or fully qualified accountant to step into a Business Services Manager position within the firm’s accounting department, also known as the Business Services Department.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience within an accountancy practice and be confident preparing and reviewing both statutory accounts and management accounts, as well as handling VAT. You will also have experience managing and overseeing a client base, ensuring high levels of client service and accuracy.\\n\\nDepending on your experience, there may be the opportunity to take on team management responsibilities, leading and developing staff within the department.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\nPreparation and review of statutory accounts and management accounts\\nVAT preparation and compliance\\nManaging and overseeing a portfolio of clients\\nEnsuring deadlines are met and client satisfaction is maintained\\nSupporting and mentoring junior staff (where applicable)\\n\\nRequirementsWhat We Are Looking For:\\nPart qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)\\nMinimum of three years’ experience in an accountancy practice\\nStrong experience preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT\\nClient management experience\\nTeam management experience is desirable but not essential\\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\\n\\nBenefitsBenefits:\\nCompetitive salary (£50,000 – £60,000)\\nHybrid working with two days per week working from home\\nSupportive, collaborative, and friendly team culture\\nOpportunities for career progression\\n\\nPlease contact Mark Sitton on (phone number removed),   , or via  for a confidential conversation. \\n\\nRefer a friend…\\n\\nWe’re keen to remain the leading provider of the best accountancy talent in the South-East.
