Eames Consulting is working closely with a global insurer who are looking to appoint a Claims Adjuster within their Professional Liability team. This individual will be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of international Professional Liability claims, with a focus on D&O and Transactional Liability claims.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that claims submitted are processed efficiently, and in accordance with agreed service levels from first notification through to resolution.
- To manage and oversee service providers, such as solicitors, while formulating strategies for effective claim resolution.
- To communicate and coordinate with brokers, co-insurers, and customers on matters related to claims.
- Collaborate with Senior Management as well as Underwriting teams to ensure seamless business operations and effective communication across all areas of the organisation.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years' experience handling D&O claims in the London Market.
