Property Assistant / Junior Property Manager – Plymouth – c£25-32k We’re working with an independent, reputable property management company who oversee leasehold blocks and estates across Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset. With an exciting pipeline of management instructions about to go live, they now seek to hire a Property Assistant / Junior Property Manager as follows: * Office based in Plymouth, working 9-5.30 Mon-Fri as part of a wider team * Providing Administrative and phone based support to the Property Managers * Taking calls from residents, contractors and clients, actioning requests, updating records and relaying information as required * Learning all aspects of leasehold management with a view to eventually managing a portfolio autonomously (with associated pay rises) over time * Visiting sites with colleagues to record and oversee maintenance and repair requirements The suitable Property Assistant / Junior Property Manager will live in or close to Plymouth and come from a leasehold property background with a genuine interest in leasehold management.
