Fairmont St Andrews are looking for a dedicated and professional Outlet Manager to join our busy F&B Team. As Squire, Afternoon Tea and In Room Dining Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained for your areas of responsibility
  • Strategise on new products and service offerings
  • Implement upsell incentives for the department
  • Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
  • Attend guest requests and anticipate needs
  • Manage staff recruitment
  • Attend to complaints
  • Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
  • Adhere to and be trained in liquor laws and regulations
  • Responsible for keeping payroll in line
  • Responsible for forecasting and reviewing the P&L
  • Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

Your team and working environment:

  • Working a fast paced team environment
  • Shifts will be during the day, evening and weekend
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining UK work authorisation
