Our client are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with schools. Your responsibilities will include business development, client meetings, candidate sourcing, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience within a full 360 Recruitment role. You will be able to evidence an excellent proven billing track record, and you must already be located within the area. Our client is open to speaking to experienced consultants from other professional recruitment sectors. *There is room to progress quickly here as our client is also looking to recruit managers* The Role: Conduct business development calls and arrange client meetings. Identify, progress, and convert sales leads. Manage and develop client relationships. Attract and place suitable candidates. Conduct candidate registrations following company regulations. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates. Meet and exceed agreed financial targets.
