Our client are seeking a dedicated and proactive Agricultural Account Executive to join a dynamic team based in Brockenhurst Purpose A key client-facing representative of the business, with ultimate responsibility for arranging and securing appropriate cover for new and existing clients and prospects. In this position you will contribute to the continued growth of the business by actively unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long term partnerships. Role and Responsibilities In line with company business goals, to achieve annual and monthly new business and retention targets through networking, building, and developing long term relationships with clients and insurers To support the Sales and Marketing Director, and assist Directors in achieving the company’s annual income and retention targets Support strategic profitable growth by managing a portfolio of agricultural clients and develop long-term trusted advisor relationships Dealing with clients and insurers to deliver an account management service in accordance with the company’s service level agreements whilst adhering to renewal timetables and procedures. To present new business presentations and renewal reports to existing and prospective clients To regularly review existing client needs and to be able to recognise areas of under insurance / gaps in cover, and to offer solutions in these areas. Utilise the company’s in-house claims service in the development of new and existing business Act as a liaison between client and the claims team to ensure significant claims are managed in accordance with the company’s service level agreements Keep up to date with regulatory changes within the industry To be a knowledge base and support for all members of the company Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the companyThere may be variations within this role profile subject to business needs and individual skill sets.
