Our busy Honda dealership in Romford is looking to add to our team of Sales Executives. This role would be suitable for established automotive sales executives. We are offering a high basic salary of £22,500 p.a., linked to an uncapped bonus scheme that delivers realistic earnings of over £65,000 p.a. for our top performers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on ensuring all customers are met to provide a consistent approach to our sales process, emphasizing a full 360 sales approach.
  • You will be responsible for optimizing the dealership's profitability while maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • This includes effective use of Brayleys' sales processes and enquiry management, guiding customers from initial welcome to negotiation and closing.
  • You will interact naturally and courteously with customers in the showroom, on the phone, or online, delivering a great customer experience.
  • Your role involves thoroughly qualifying customer needs, exploring their demands to recommend appropriate additional products.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Sales experience in the automotive industry or a similar high-value sales environment.
  • Experience delivering first-class customer service in a customer-facing role.
  • Drive to exceed targets.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close sales.
  • Full UK driving licence.
