We are currently recruiting Child Support Workers to support vulnerable children and young people across a variety of settings, including supported living, crisis intervention services, and community-based support. The Role – Duties & Responsibilities As a Child Support Worker, you will assist individuals with: · Emotional and behavioural difficulties · Learning disabilities · Mental Health Challenges · Complex family backgrounds or safeguarding concerns Your role will involve providing tailored care, building trusted relationships with young people, promoting independence and life skills, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment and working closely with social workers, families, and external professionals.
