Contracting Manager- DACH region responsibilities Negotiating and securing contracts with hotels in the DACH region Building strong, long-lasting relationships with hotel partners and ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Monitoring and optimising performance, ensuring your portfolio of hotels is delivering the best results for the business Conducting market research to uncover exciting opportunities for growth and to stay ahead of the competition Collaborating with regional leadership to craft and implement contracting strategies that deliver outstanding results Driving continuous improvement by analysing performance metrics and identifying areas for growth Contracting Manager- DACH Region Skills Proven experience in hotel contracting in a similar role A strong understanding of the hospitality market and dynamics within the DACH region A proven track record of meeting revenue targets in a competitive environment. Ability to build long-lasting relationships with hotel partners Excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and drive results Experience using online distribution platforms, APIs, or cloud-based systems Strong analytical and organisational skills to assess market trends and performance data Fluency in English and German Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure.
