Financial Planning Support Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the firm’s portfolio
  • Create and manage comprehensive client records using Intelliflo Office back-office system
  • Coordinate with product providers and internal departments to implement financial planning recommendations
  • Partner with Financial Planners to ensure exceptional client service delivery
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
  • Follow established processes whilst contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Support general administrative functions that enhance overall team effectiveness
Financial Planning Support Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as an administrator within FS sector
  • Understanding of financial planning principles and administrative processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong client and provider communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent teamwork abilities with capacity to articulate viewpoints and listen effectively
