The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a multi skilled Facilities Engineer to join our hardworking and committed facilities team. You will be an expert in plumbing and heating in addition to having skills in other trade services and will work as part of a team to deliver maintenance services to the hospital units.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, utilizing mechanical knowledge and relevant tools.
What you will bring:
- City & Guilds Qualifications or equivalent (for example: Plumbing – C&G 6035, Craft, C&G 6189, Plumbing and Heating and C&G 3345 water regs and unvented systems).
- Full driver’s license and access to a car is essential.
- Previous Hospital Facilities experience is desirable.
- Logical and practical approach to challenging situations whilst always putting the safety of Patients and colleagues at the forefront of everything.
