We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor to join our compliance team. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the London or Kent area, as regular travel to client sites is required - particularly within the residential property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed Health, Safety & Fire Risk Assessments, particularly within residential buildings.
- Complete Safe4site Compliance Audits, highlighting issues and recommending practical solutions.
- Deliver engaging, compliant health and safety training sessions to clients.
- Produce high-quality, easy-to-understand reports with clear findings and actions.
- Provide ongoing technical advice and compliance support to clients.
- Assist in reviewing and updating internal policies, templates, and documentation.
- Perform quality assurance checks on reports before client delivery.
- Keep up to date with legislative changes and ensure services remain compliant and relevant.
- Occasionally support internal operations and contribute to team projects.
Requirements
- Level 4 Fire Safety qualification (e.g., Fire Risk Assessment Diploma or equivalent) is essential.
- Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments on residential properties.
- Strong understanding of UK health, safety, and fire safety legislation.
- Proven ability to deliver reports, audits, and training to a high professional standard.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence required - frequent site travel is part of the role.
- Must be based in London or Kent.
