My client are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the fit out phase of a new build and refurbishment hospital wing project based in Yeovil. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join a leading contractor on a long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the internal fit out works, ensuring all elements are delivered to the highest clinical standards.
- Oversee installation of medical gases, mechanical & electrical systems, and all final finishes in line with healthcare specifications.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and the client to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to programme timelines.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols on site.
- Monitor progress against programme, report regularly to the Project Manager, and manage any issues that arise.
