THE ROLE
Provide consulting services to clients on healthcare-enabling technology projects in roles such as project management, analyst, subject matter expert, or trainer. Focus on clients using the MEDITECH Health Information System. Work within the Implementation and Support team to support business development, solution development, and deliver on-site solutions tailored to Nordic Europe clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply technical expertise to client system builds, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Lead healthcare technology projects, including system design, build, testing, training, implementation, governance, and change management.
- Track and document risks and issues.
- Analyze and document workflows.
- Collaborate with project leadership and facilitate documentation.
- Work closely with end-users, monitor workflows, and suggest optimizations.
- Participate in project status meetings and coordinate work products.
- Support business development activities, including identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
- Perform additional duties as per client contracts and statements of work.
- Represent the company at corporate functions to network and strengthen client relationships.
- Manage assigned projects and assist with other corporate initiatives as needed.
Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, especially with MEDITECH systems.
- Degree or relevant experience in IT, healthcare, or related fields; project management experience preferred.
- Certifications like PMP, ITIL, or health informatics are assets.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism.
- Highly organized, capable of multitasking and maintaining focus.
- Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
- Effective team collaboration skills.
- Ability to comply with client workplace rules.
- Willingness to travel and accommodate varying work arrangements.

Additional Details
Primarily remote work with up to 50% travel to client sites. Non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, may be required. On-site work may involve staying in hotels or other accommodations. Travel may involve various modes of transportation and extended hours, including on-call duties during go-lives. Must be responsive outside regular hours for client support.
