As a Telephone Customer Reservation Specialist, you will be the voice of our dealership—handling inbound and outbound calls, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless booking process for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate customer reservations with our showrooms.
- Deliver a professional telephone experience by handling every customer query with efficiency and care.
- Work closely with the Sales department and teams to maximise appointment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking data on internal systems.
- Promote Mercedes-Benz values, always acting as a brand ambassador for West Bromley.
- Support digital and online booking channels as needed.
