Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical position within our team and will lead on the recruitment of critical roles for clients. We already partner with many of the leading companies across the design sectors within the built environment, and this person will be instrumental to building high-performing and market-leading teams for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive sourcing strategies including advertising, headhunting, talent pipelining and more, to source excellent candidates for clients.
  • Lead on the early candidate assessment phases including candidate screening and interviewing.
  • Provide project co-ordination support for Talent Partners.
  • Produce and place advertising for key roles.
  • Maintain and manage our ATS and facilitate insight reports based on our market research.
  • Liaise with the client for interview scheduling.
  • Provide feedback and insight on success & challenges on recruitment activities and provide recommendations on new sourcing opportunities.
