We are currently recruiting for our large reputable client in Tewkesbury. Experience of working in production as a machine operative would be ideal, however candidates who are proactive with the ability to work accurately and with precision in a fast-paced environment will also be considered in a trainee role which will prepare you for full time work as a Production Operative.

The Production Operative Role

This role is hands-on in rotating roles across the factory. Key duties will include:

  • Operating a variety of machinery to meet the production requirements
  • Moving goods
  • Be able to lift as this is a physical job
  • Due to company policy, you must be clean shaven to be able to wear a mask.
  • Please note that it is a dusty environment and requires heavy lifting.

Working Hours: 14.00-midnight Monday to Thursday

In order to meet the shift times you will need to have your own transportation or live within walking/cycling distance of the depot. Please note that Public Transport from Cheltenham, Gloucester or Worcester does not arrive at the depot early enough.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.96 per hour
