We are working with a reputable Kent based Tour Operator, who are expanding their Agency Sales department with a New Commercial Executive. The Agency Sales department is going through an exciting period of growth, developing new strategies with B2B Partners and enriching content and distribution of material to the Travel Agents of the UK.

As a Commercial Executive, you will provide support to the Commercial Manager, assisting in the day to day running of the Agency Sales Department including production of Training Material, Marketing and Key Account support, as well as providing the perfect platform for someone looking to develop their commercial acumen.

Duties:

  • Answering Agency Sales Emails & Calls
  • Agent System Support
  • Assist in the production of Marketing content
  • Actioning Account Changes & Updates
  • Process of B2B Rewards Scheme
  • Managing Agent Facebook Page
  • Day to day Reporting
  • Production of Training Material
  • Key Account Support
  • Opportunities to attend events & functions around the UK, as well as hosting educational trips abroad
  • Other duties identified by Management

The person:

  • Travel Industry experience essential
  • Previous experience within a Travel Agent / Product team
  • Enthusiastic
  • Keen to progress and learn commercial side to the Travel Industry
  • High standard of verbal and written English language
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Great organisational skills

The package:

  • A salary of circa £27,000
