SystemsAccountants are working with a leading organisation who are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join the Finance Function supporting a global landscape for D365 F&O and their EPM stack.
You\’ll focus on enhancing performance, implementing automation, and standardising global processes to reduce complexity and improve efficiency.

- Lead a geographically diverse team
- Drive process improvements and manage system upgrades
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support data-driven decision making
- Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Ensure data integrity and compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with D365 F&O configuration and implementation
- Microsoft Dynamics Finance certification
- Strong knowledge of financial modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management)
- Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform (advantageous)
- EPM experience (Tagetik, OneStream, alike)
- Data management skills (SQL, Python, Power BI)
- Project management expertise
- Business analysis experience in complex organisations
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Financial background (desirable)
