As an AI Trainer in our Operations domain, you\’ll rate, review, and rewrite AI responses on the subject of Operations, Strategy, and Business Operations, all from the comfort of your own home .

Responsibilities:
- You will train AI models by crafting and answering questions related to the topic of Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations
- You will evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems
- You will use your domain expertise to assess the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models
Qualifications:
- A Master\’s degree in operations management, business, strategic management or a related subject
- Ability to write engaging, accurate, and insightful content related to the Operations domain
- Research and fact-checking abilities
- Ability to speak/write fluently in English
- Demonstrate exceptional writing skills, with a focus on clarity, brevity, and engagement
Payment:
- Hourly rate: Up to US $125/hour depending on your level of expertise
- Rates vary based on expertise, skill assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.
