The Conveyancing Team provides a highly professional, client-centered service, ensuring that property transactions are efficient and as stress-free as possible.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive conveyancing services, adhering to my client’s values and high standards of customer service. This is a technically demanding role that will involve managing all aspects of conveyancing transactions with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities

  • Competently handle all key functions within a conveyancing transaction.
  • Manage Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build, and Shared Ownership sale and purchase transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and work providers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care throughout the transaction process.
  • Attend regional meetings with key referral sources and help establish strong, cooperative relationships with suppliers, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
  • Ensure paralegals build and maintain strong relationships with work providers to align with shared goals.
