About Us:

We are at the forefront of the Restart program, a mandatory DWP initiative designed to empower individuals who have been out of work for at least 12 months. Our mission is to provide tailored support, reigniting participant engagement and guiding them towards sustainable employment aligned with their skills and aspirations.

  • Offer support for debt concerns, mental health conditions, and career coaching.
  • Ensure participants have updated professional CVs and digital profiles.
  • Provide industry-specific training and development.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify job opportunities.
  • Prepare participants for job interviews through mock interviews and assessment activities.
