We are currently recruiting for a Franchise Manager to join us at Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle.

We offer a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000, plus a company car and benefits.

As part of our team, you\’ll represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, providing customers with a premium experience. You will receive full training and onboarding to help you succeed and maximize your earnings. Your role involves guiding customers through the entire car buying journey, from initial contact to final handshake and beyond .

Our Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process, supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives. You will offer coaching, management, and maintain high levels of customer interaction, focusing on both first and second facing activities.

You will support your team in selling new vehicles, add-on products, finance, and insurance, ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times. Additionally, you will manage sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales while upholding ethical standards.

We are seeking a talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the motor industry. Experience with Electric Vehicles is a plus.

You should demonstrate your ability to increase sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, as your primary focus will be leading your team to meet their objectives.

Requirements

Full UK driver\’s license (Manual and Automatic)
