The role & responsibilities:
We are seeking a Store Leader eager to advance their career by overseeing a dedicated team at The Athlete’s Foot Tea Tree Plaza store.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to progress in retail. The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to drive team performance, operational excellence, and successful initiatives.

You will also be involved in community activations, sporting event partnerships, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals, reflecting the brand’s active community engagement outside the store environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC
• A motivated, proactive attitude with a \’Make it Happen\’ mindset
• A passion for leading and inspiring teams to succeed
• A proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs and targets
• Operational skills in stock control and visual merchandising
