Advanced Aesthetic Therapist

Job Title – Advanced Aesthetic Therapist Location – Central London Shift – Monday to Friday, 42 Hours Type – Full Time Permanent Position Salary – £30,000 – £35,000 Leo Recruits are searching for an Advanced Aesthetic Therapist with a minimum NVQ Level 3, preferred NVQ Level 4 qualification and experience working in an aesthetics clinic. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled practitioner with a deep understanding of a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser therapies, radio-frequency devices, and complex skin rejuvenation procedures. The Advanced Aesthetic Therapist position is a multifaceted role that involves; * Handling reception duties – Managing phone calls * Taking payments – Addressing new patient inquiries * Booking appointments – Providing general information * Welcoming patients – Performing various administrative tasks * Assisting the senior doctor when needed Advanced Aesthetic Therapist Key Responsibilities: * Deliver radio-frequency treatments for both face and body * Perform a wide range of laser procedures, including skin rejuvenation, resurfacing, pigmentation correction, vascular treatments, and texture improvement using state-of-the-art technology * Perform laser hair removal sessions * Design and administer customised facial treatments * Conduct thorough skin consultations and new patient assessments, creating personalised treatment plans * Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Obagi and iS Clinical products, providing informed recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes and support patient skincare regimes * Work closely with our medical team, including providing assistance to our Medical Director when required * Efficiently organise and manage your own workload, maintaining exemplary time management to meet the demands of a busy clinic environment * Effectively sell treatments and products Advanced Aesthetic Therapist Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent * Significant experience in an aesthetics/ beauty clinic (5 years), with a strong portfolio of advanced treatments * In-depth knowledge of laser and radio-frequency devices * Competence in performing skin consultations and developing treatment plans * Familiarity with Obagi and iS Clinical products is preferred * Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide outstanding patient care * Proven ability to sell treatments and products, with a patient-centred approach Why Join this Client?
