Our client an award winning SaaS organisation is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Data Analyst focusing on building core data capabilities across multiple global regions and markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in improving customer success and driving impact across Customer Experience, Digital Experience and Service Delivery.\\n\\nCentral London location, hybrid, 10 month contract.\\n\\nRequired Skills :\\n\\n * 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, ideally with exposure to Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience domains.\\n\\n * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.\\n\\n * Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, or similar).\\n\\n * Familiarity with big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) and ETL processes.\\n\\nUseful experience;\\n\\n * Python or R for advanced analytics, automation, or experimentation support.\\n\\n * Knowledge of statistical methods and experimentation (A/B testing) preferred.\\n\\n * Machine learning and Generative AI experience is a plus.\\n\\n * Experience working with call centre and/or sales operations.\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\n * Long contract\\n\\n * Hybrid role\\n\\n * Free breakfast
