Service Care Solutions is collaborating with a well-established law firm seeking an experienced and commercially focused Residential Property Lawyer to lead the growth of our Glasgow residential property practice . This role offers an excellent opportunity for a strategic, client-focused solicitor eager to advance their career. The firm aims to expand its presence in Glasgow and seeks a Senior Lawyer who can take ownership of business development in the region while managing a diverse and high-quality caseload. Key Responsibilities Managing a busy caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and other key stakeholders. Supporting and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence. Skills and Qualifications Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 2-3+ years PQE within residential property. Experienced Residential Property Lawyer with a strong background in complex transactions. Proven relationship management and business development skills with a track record of securing and retaining clients.
