Salary: £29,999 basic salary + bonus – OTE £37,000-£40,000 (uncapped)

Monday to Friday – 8.00am-6.00pm (1 hour lunch)
Role will involve working Saturday mornings on a rota basis which is currently 1 in 4 but which will eventually move to 1 in 6. Saturday working is paid as overtime.
Our client is a well-established automotive retailer representing prestigious car brands across the country. They are now actively looking to recruit for a Service Advisor for their premium and luxury car dealership in Stockton-on-Tees.
To be a Service Advisor, it is essential that you hold a full UK drivers’ licence.
What does the role of Service Advisor involve?
- You’ll be providing estimates, booking and scheduling service/repair work for our clients customers.
- You will advise a recommended course of action and accurately invoice for work carried out.
- You will keep our customers fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value products, maximising the opportunity to up sell.
What do you need to succeed as a Service Advisor?
- Background in customer service, sales and a keen interest in the automotive industry.
- Previous service advisor experience with a car dealership.
- Awesome organisation/admin skills and experience using computer systems.
- Upselling experience as well as being comfortable in fast-paced environment.
- The ability to maintain customer service levels whilst meeting KPIs and deadlines.
- IT literate; our client uses ‘Pinnacle’ systems/software, so familiarity with Pinnacle would be ideal but it is not essential.
