Your role is simple – Lead a dedicated team, drive operational excellence, and shape a safe, efficient workplace. THE JOB Ensure safe working practices with a robust Health, Safety & Environment system. Meet and exceed KPIs through continuous improvement (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Streamline picking and dispatch processes for faster, cost-efficient operations. Optimise resource and equipment use to boost productivity. Maintain stock levels to meet customer lead times. Clear communication through all levels in the company Foster clear communication and a motivated team environment. YOU Proven leadership and people management skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and IT skills.
