Our client is an international non-profit organisation that supports communities in early childhood care and education. The team are looking for a Senior HR Programme Manager to help lead the design and implementation of a new learning, development and performance strategy. Responsibilities Design a long-term L&D strategy aligned with organisational goals, including a full skills audit and gap analysis. Produce an implementation plan for training, resourcing, and systems, while supporting field staff transition into central roles. Establish governance processes to manage L&D activities across the organisation. Redesign the performance management framework to promote accountability, feedback, and alignment with values. Develop a renewed compensation and benefits framework for appropriate incentivisation across regions. Requirements 5-7 years\’ experience leading HR transformation or people strategy programmes within international or distributed organisations. Proven ability to deliver integrated L&D and performance strategies. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; confident managing organisational and project risk. Experience in the charity or public sector is desirable; strong stakeholder engagement essential.
