Managing a caseload of employment law – both contentious and non contentious.

Acting mainly for respondents.

Conducting negotiations, settlement agreements, and representing clients in employment tribunal cases.

Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.

Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities.

You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE in employment law.

Be able to show solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, ideally for respondent clients.
