Caralex Recruitment Limited has been asked to recruit a Town Planning Manager for a residential developer based in Staffordshire. The role will be to work closely with the land team on sites that they are reviewing as possible development sites to buy. The work will then continue advising the land team as the land is bought, through to obtaining planning consent, attending meetings such as public consultations, proposals and appeals, with planning consultants, councils etc.
You will ideally be a Town Planner with a residential developer and keen for a new challenge on more interesting projects, or a Planning Consultant that advises residential development clients.
A degree in Town Planning or related discipline and membership of The Royal Town Planning Institute or The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors is expected.
