Are you ready to take the next step in your freight forwarding career? We are looking for an ambitious Logistics & Freight Sales Coordinator to drive growth and build strong relationships in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be at the heart of our sales efforts, working across air, ocean, and road freight to develop business opportunities both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop new UK and global sales opportunities in freight forwarding.
- Liaise with carriers, monitor market trends, and evaluate freight rates (FCL, LCL, Road & Air).
- Maximise sales potential across our full-service offering: air, sea, and road transport.
- Communicate effectively with customers to build lasting relationships and understand their logistics needs.
- Respond to and review sales quote requests via email.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and CRM tools.
- Represent Trinity at industry networking events to promote our services and expand your contact base.
