Fire & Security Estimator

Fire & Security Estimator Hertfordshire (Hybrid) £45/60k DOE + Package ASAP TRIbuild Solutions are looking for a Fire & Security Estimator for a growing Electrical Contractor that specialise in rail/infrastructure/commercial projects. This will be working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, and the wider delivery team to produce accurate, commercially sound estimates for fire detection, access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and life safety systems across a wide range of commercial and industrial projects. This will be leading the pricing on security and life safety projects. Experience Strong understanding of fire & security systems (BS 5839, BS EN 62676 etc.) Experience in estimating, quoting, or designing similar projects Ability to read technical specs and drawings Confidence to work with clients and suppliers to shape value-engineered solutions A proactive mindset and commercial awareness
