We’re looking for a Process Development Technologist to join a leading food manufacturer in the Staffordshire area. This is a crucial role, sitting at the heart of NPD, with an important link to Operations and Technical—making sure product launches run smoothly, on time, and to spec.
You’ll be involved in everything from coordinating factory trials and managing documentation, to supporting process validations and working closely with chefs and supply chain teams. No two days are the same—and your attention to detail, organisation, and passion for food manufacturing will make a real impact here.

You’ll need to be hands-on, comfortable working on the factory floor during trials, and confident communicating across departments.
