Are you dedicated to making a real difference to the lives of adults who need our support? We are looking for a compassionate and organised Service Coordinator to join our adult services team on a part time 30 hour basis. You will play a key role in ensuring adults receive the right support at the right time. You'll lead on the vital task of preparing and maintaining staff rotas to ensure consistent coverage and continuity of care.

A day in the life of Service Coordinator would include:

  • Managing staff rotas, ensuring appropriate cover and efficient scheduling
  • Organising staff annual leave/absences through the company rostering system
  • Responding to changes in care needs or staffing promptly and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in line with legal and organisational standards
  • Fostering strong relationships with external staffing agencies to ensure the most appropriate service to the people we support.

Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Previous experience in care coordination or a related role in health/social care
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in rota planning
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
