About the Role

We’re a high-growth tech company solving complex hiring challenges through speed, quality, and a human-centric approach. Now, we’re looking for a strategic Head of Digital Marketing to amplify our global presence, elevate our brand, and accelerate our mission to connect exceptional talent with impactful opportunities. This role offers the autonomy to define and execute a digital marketing strategy from the ground up, shaping how companies worldwide discover, trust, and engage with Smart Working. You’ll work in a dynamic, scale-up environment where rapid execution and real ownership are the norm — no red tape, just results. You’ll join a high-performance team that values ambition, drive, and accountability while enjoying hybrid working flexibility (3 days in our London office and 2 days working from home). What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the Digital Marketing Strategy: Oversee everything from performance channels to content, SEO, automation, and CRM.
  • Drive Growth: Implement lead-gen campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and email while testing bold new ideas.
  • Build and Lead a Team: As we grow, you’ll build a high-performing team — but be hands-on in the early stages.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales and Product to align marketing strategies with commercial goals.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Track performance and iterate using a full martech stack. Data is your compass.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth startups.
  • Strategic mindset with the willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Proven success in scaling lead-gen and brand awareness in competitive markets.
  • Highly driven, ambitious, and comfortable taking full ownership of your domain.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability culture.
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and small teams — with a builder's mentality.
  • Bonus points for experience marketing tech talent, SaaS products, or staffing/outsourcing services.
