Your Role

As a Data & AI Operating Model Consultant, you will play a key role in enabling organizations to leverage data and AI for business outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

1. Designing effective data, analytics & AI operating models, aligning capabilities with strategic objectives.
2. Providing guidance and advisory services across the data & analytics value chain.
3. Assessing existing data capabilities, identifying gaps, and developing blueprints for operating models.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to overcome barriers, develop success measures, and monitor implementation.
5. Integrating ethical and responsible data practices, ensuring compliance and trust.
6. Contributing to practice development by identifying market opportunities and creating thought leadership content.

Your Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

• Organizational design experience for effective data teams and governance processes.
• Knowledge of delivery models such as agile data development, AI/MLOps, AnalyticsOps.
• Understanding of business architecture and data value chain management.
• Familiarity with data tooling and platform selection.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in strategy development, implementation, and scaling data analytics and AI solutions.
