We are looking for an experienced and visionary Discipline Lead to manage and drive architectural excellence across a diverse range of high-profile projects in Oman. This leadership role requires a highly skilled design professional with proven experience in delivering innovative, sustainable, and regulation-compliant architectural solutions. The successful candidate will mentor the architectural team, ensure smooth interdisciplinary coordination, and maintain the highest standards of quality from concept through to site supervision and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead and manage the architectural team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Design Development: Oversee all design stages, ensuring alignment with client briefs, project goals, and international best practices.
- Project Management: Manage project lifecycles from conceptual design to construction documentation and completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality.
- Site Supervision: Support site teams with technical design input and resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Coordination: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control procedures to uphold architectural integrity and compliance throughout the design and build process.
- Client Engagement: Liaise with clients regularly to interpret needs and provide creative, context-sensitive solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or similar Engineering Discipline
- Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong portfolio of completed commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
- Excellent knowledge of regional planning standards and Omani building codes
- Proficient in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
