One to One Personnel is proud to partner with a leading name in the industry and are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Specialist to join a dynamic Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in financial operations while mentoring and supporting junior team members. To be considered you must have previous Management Accounting experience, hold an accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent) and have 4 or more years UK based professional experience. Experience with Keyloop will be an advantage! The Role In this role, you will produce accurate, timely management accounts and guide two team. You\’ll help drive month-end processes, provide insightful analysis, and support process improvement initiatives across the department. Key Responsibilities Manage and report from Keyloop DMS system Drive month end reporting to company deadlines Analyse and challenge monthly reporting transactions Produce first draft on management accounts Statutory audit & tax Stock reporting Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts Month end journals Balance sheet reconciliation Supplier query management and resolution Support continual improvement projects Reviewing procedures and systems to identify improvement opportunities Ad-hoc reporting and desire to improve processes What You’ll Need Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience with Keyloop Prior experience motor trade, preferably commercial vehicles (preferable not essential) Ability to identify problems and provide appropriate solutions High level of Excel and other MS office applications Good systems knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly Proactive solution-based mentality Must be able to work under pressure respecting tight deadlines monthly Effective communicator to partner with internal stakeholders Attention to detail Needs to be able to work well with the team and independently Able to effectively deal with internal and external clients What’s in It for You? £36,000 to £42,000 (depending on experience) 24 days holiday + up to 5 carry-over days Life Assurance Critical Illness Cover for yourself and your partner Duvet Day – because rest matters Company Pension – up to 5% employer contribution Private Medical Insurance Attractive over time rates of up to 130% Bonus, Incentives and Commission Schemes Ready to Make a Real Impact?
