As we grow, we’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Account Manager to join our team in Mansfield The Role: This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing recruitment processes, and delivering great service to both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities: Writing and posting job adverts across multiple job boards Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting engineering candidates Conducting telephone and video interviews Maintaining and updating records using our CRM Managing applicant pipelines for both permanent and contract positions Visiting client sites to build relationships and understand their recruitment needs Supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from briefing to placement About You: We’re looking for someone who is: • Self-motivated and full of positive energy • Confident, with excellent communication and people skills • Organised and able to manage multiple roles and deadlines • Comfortable using job boards, CRMs, and sourcing platforms • Experienced in recruitment (preferably within engineering or technical sectors) • In possession of a clean UK driving licence and access to a car – essential for client visits What We Offer: • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission • Ongoing training and support • A supportive, close-knit team environment • Clear opportunities for career progression
