Wir möchten unser deutsches Team in Newcastle verstärken und suchen daher einen deutschsprachigen Analysten. Die Position des Analysts ist unsere Einstiegsstelle für Neueinsteiger im Recruitment oder Berater mit erster Berufserfahrung in der Personalberatung. In dieser Rolle erlernst du die Grundlagen des Recruitment und des Zielmarktes, ähnlich einem Traineeship. Du arbeitest an Projekten mit erfahrenen Beratern und lernst verschiedene Suchtechniken und Herangehensweisen kennen. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Suche nach passenden Kandidaten für unsere Kunden.
Nach etwa sechs Monaten, bei erfolgreichem Abschluss der Zielsetzung, kannst du in die nächste Karrierestufe aufsteigen, in der du auch erste Business Development Aktivitäten übernimmst und Kundenbeziehungen aufbaust. Die gesammelten Erfahrungen als Analyst erleichtern dir den Übergang ins Associate-Level. Diese Position ist ideal für Personen, die in die Personalberatung einsteigen möchten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen verschiedener Karrierestufen haben, vom Junior bis zum Führungslevel.
