We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's stand-alone boutique in London's luxury shopping area. Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked amongst the top brands globally and has seen significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

You will lead a team of 10 staff. Basic salary for this role is between £50,000-£55,000 with uncapped commission. OTE for the role based on current store performance is around £65,000-£70,000.

Our ideal candidate will be skilled in luxury retail sales management, capable of managing CRM processes, events, and clientelling. We are seeking a manager who is trend aware, with a proven history of people development, team motivation, and a love of leading with a positive performance culture.
