We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our clients stand alone boutique in London\’s Luxury shopping area.
Our client is a market leader in Beautiful Timepieces. they are ranked amongst the top brands globally and have seen significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

You will lead a team of 10 staff. Basic salary for this role is between 50-55K with uncapped commission. OTE for the role based on current store performance is around 65-70K
Our ideal candidate will be skilled in Luxury retail sales management, capable of managing CRM processes, events and clientelling.
We are seeking a manager that is trend aware but also with a proven history of people development, team motivation and a love of leading with a positive performance culture.
