We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team based in Laindon, Essex. (TEMPORARY)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm

Role Overview:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to import shipments efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure all import documentation is processed in line with company and legal requirements
  • Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of imports
  • Accurately input data and maintain records using in-house systems and MS Office
  • Monitor shipment status and assist in resolving any delays or discrepancies
  • Respond to customer and supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the import team to meet KPIs and compliance standards
